Adding to/Correcting NIH "mini-CV" information
Use this function to edit the information currently held in the NIH Intramural DataBase about you, including your research bibliography.
- NIH status information
Intramural Professional Designation, Primary appointment mechanism, preferred NIH email address (within NIDB)
- Educational information
Degrees, years granted, where granted
- NIH Organizational information
Where you work at the NIH
- All NIH Annual Reports with which you are associated (if any), and links to view them
- Your NIH bibliography
Add publications, edit publications
- To log in, you will need to have your NIH wide "network account" information, which includes your domain, user name and password. The NIH Login will allow you to enter and edit your own Reports.

Anyone directly involved with research at the NIH can log in to work on their "mini-CV", from students on up.
Project Assistants [NIH Login required]
Add a Project Assistant [NIH Login required]
Project Assistants may:
- Edit data for Annual Reports for PIs and LIs
- Upload publication data to PubMed Central for PIs and LIs
- Edit NIH mini-CV data (including bibliographic information) for PIs and LIs
Only PIs or LIs can use this function to add a Project Assistant.
If you aren't set up as a PA already, you may add yourself as a PA. This form allows the special information (access code) to be set to the PI, LI or Core lead via email. They in turn will have to give you this information and you will have to return to this form to complete the process.
